I've never lifted weights before in a way that made sense. But last spring, I found Justin after searching for ways to get in better shape before my October wedding. I reached out to Justin in April and over the following 6 months the change was visible and deeply felt - by October I was down 10 pounds, a few inches, saw muscle definition in my arms again, and we learned I'm actually pretty good at deadlifting! My wedding dress (purchased the same month I reached out to Justin) had to be taken in several sizes, and my wedding photos looked stunning - major, major credit to Justin. I could ask as many questions as I had during workout sessions and Justin always had a great explanation and thoughtful response. He uses data to track your progress and science to back his planning. My name is Justin Yuen and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach; with specializations in weight loss and corrective exercise. 

I became a personal trainer because I love to help people.  I love to guide and coach others on their journey.  One of the most difficult journeys in life is improving your own self; and you cannot do it alone.  I want to be a part of your journey, go through the daily struggles and challenges, but also celebrate the rewards and accomplishments you achieve along the way. This is important to me because taking care of yourself is the most important first step in taking care of others.
